The traditional end of season Over's v Under's match took place on Sunday 25 September with the Over's winning by 2 wickets in the last over. Following the match, food was laid on for members and friends, including a Hog Roast, which as the pictures below testify was well and truly devoured.
To commemorate his many years of excellent service to the club a presentation was made to Cyril Bamsey. Cyril has volunteered his time throughout the four seasons of the year, ensuring the ground and the pavilion are ready for matches, for practices and most importantly, for closing down after the matches when everyone else has gone down the pub. His contribution is beyond compare and members of Woodbury Cricket Club will forever be grateful for his effort and humour. As the Chairman so fittingly said, "For he's a jolly good fellow..."
